I’ve got some new things cooking up! lol  Only because it has something to do with one of my new kits!  It’s called Lovin’ from the oven! Here are the colors I’ve been working with for this kit…. Sharing a siggy this week!

So obviously most of you know that I make scrapbook pages but some of you may not know that I make siggies!  Not exactly sue what a siggy is?  My understanding is it is short for signature, which is what one uses in forums on the end of their response.  Any who just wanted to share my newest one, it actually has everyone, the whole family in it!  And yes new bun in the oven!  Due in april, I feel fine, don’t know if we will find out the sex! lol.  Any more ?’s  Enjoy

New Things to come!!

So by the inspiration of some ladies at JustMommies, I have decided to try and attempt to put together my very 1st free scrap kit for their blog train.  The train release date is set for Oct. 1st.  So be on the look out!!  I’ll only give you a taste of what I was able to come up with.  Hopefully as the kids are back in school and old man, dare I say it? Winter is coming, I will be able to have some time to put together some new things!  Enjoy! and don’t forget Oct. 1st!

 

Long weekend??

So it’s almost the beginning of a long weekend, however hubby already left for a fishing trip and the two older kids are getting ready to high tail it up north with nana and papa.  That leaves me home with the two younger boys.  No set plans yet, but I’m sure I’ll find something to do to keep us busy.  I’m hoping to find somedown time to do some more pages!!  But I did find some quiet moments after tuckering the kids out playing outside on the new swingset to get something done!!

I know it’s been a while since I’ve last shared some of my layouts, but things are finally warming up here and I’ve been busy trying to get school things set up for each of the children for next year all ready.  So we’ve all been dying to get outside and now that we have we don’t want to come back in!!  Here are two layouts from one of our days outside!  Just playing around the house!  Enjoy…

Happy St.Patty’s day and a B-day to me!

Yes, that’s right today on st. patrick’s day is my birthday.  It was a great day, my kids made me a very nice beaded neckless and then they went to my mom’s where I was told I wasn’t invited!!  Ha!  Alrighty then.  So I had lunch with a friend and did a bit of shopping.  got home made dinner and dh gave me my gift!  Shocked, excited!  I think my husband is getting the gift giving thing down!  Finally!! LOL

Okay, and on to some layouts! Love this one because of the pic.  the pic is of my daughter and my youngest son from Thanksgiving but finally found a great kit for it!

Happy Leap Day!!

So today I have a LO in honor of Lead day!!  It’s kinda weird to think today is sort of an extra day, makes me think I should be doing something “extra” today!  Weird right?  Oh, well I think I got stuck in making a bet with my oldest son this week.  The bet?  Well I told him that if he went to school all week like a good boy ( he has trouble even getting out of bed somedays) and did all the things on the chore chart for the week that I would take him to buy him new shoes.  Man this boy is so into shoes it’s not even funny.  He’s worse than me! lol.  He has a pair to match every outfit and every season and every occasion to last him forever.  But since I didn’t have to drag him to school this week and he really did do all of his chores on the chart.( I even added some extras!)  I guess we are going shopping tonight!  He’s super excited and of course hasn’t let me forget, so he said he will be ready to go as soon as he gets off the bus!  How’s that for bribary!!

Where did the week go?

Geesh this week seems to be just flyin’ by for me.  I haven’t hardly had time to work on anything.  I finally got new rechargeable batteries for my camera so that it works!  Reg. batteries didn’t seem to have enough power to even turn it on.  So look out now that I’ll be back behind that!!  My husband is always picking on me about how many pictures I actually take.  Let’s just say that pretty soon I’m going to need and external hard drive just for my pics!!  lol.  So here is my LO for the day……
